The Creation Workstation
We've created for you a multi-function, easy-to-use personal desktop factory using our successful and proven large format platform
We've designed our Creation Workstation to bring to you the best in fabrication technologies in a large, versatile, easy-to-use precision format. Our design approach was to create the combined machine and software solution that we would want to have in our own workshop.
Switch between 5 fabrication modes; CNC milling, powerful 2.8 Watt laser etching, 3D printing, drag-knife cutting and diamond engraving, all in one personal desktop fabrication factory.
We've built upon this field-tested, battle-hardened, robust platform to create a highly-capable maker machine with everything you need to complete all aspects of your next project, start-to-finish. Now with one machine you can expand your creative horizon.
NEW AND INNOVATIVE ELECTRONICS AND SOFTWARE
Our FabCAM software integrates all modes of operation in one easy-to-use application
At the heart of this exciting new USB machine is our new electronics that support all modes, including microstepping for high-precision CNC milling, thermal control for 3D printing and pulse width modulation for laser intensity control. Our microprocessor firmware and FabCAM desktop software work hand-in-hand to remove the need for complicated and elaborate setup and configuration. Simply plug in the Creation Workstation's USB cord and run FabCAM on yourWindows, Mac or Linux PC and start creating.
To make it even easier for you we've integrated Autodesk's awesome Fusion360 CAD/CAM software with your new Creation Workstation. We've partnered with Autodesk to enable their CAM software applications to output GCode specially for FabCAM, so you can go straight from design to production mode without any in-between editing or tweaking. With Fusion360's incredible capabilities and FabCAM's ease of use, you can create prototypes or finished objects rapidly and efficiently. In addition, FabCAM is also integrated with MeshCAM and CamBam, both of which have FabCAM post processors.
In addition FabCAM's native image processing tools allow you to go from photograph to milling lithopanes in just minutes.
